Summer Staff and Intern Application Process

Our Application Process includes these 3 steps:

  1. Staff Application  - Download, fill out this application, print and sign it and mail it to the Riverbend Office, Attention James Marcum.

        2.  Enter in the names and email address of 3 indiviuals who would be willing to complete a reference form about you.  We would like at least one of these to be your pastor

               and/or youth pastor.  This form will automatically email them the reference form for them to complete.

                 NOTE: This is a three step process. After entering the following information, you will be redirected to another form to enter another referral.

3.  Once your application and 3 references have been received we will call or email you to setup an interview. (It is the applicants responsibility to make sure all 3

     references are received.)

  • As part of the hiring process, we also want you to come and work one weekend this spring in order to see what the Bend is like.  This will be scheduled after your interview.
  • Work Schedule  - We work on a three team rotation schedule, if hired you would be assigned one of these teams.  This schedule will tell you which days you will work throughout the summer and which days you will be off.
